Stairlift Trader cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information you supplied or typographical errors made by any party including stairlift trader staff
Stairlift Payments
All transactions including payment, delivery, returns is between the two parties! Seller & Buyer.
You should take prompt action to contact the buyer for payment and collection of the sold stairlifts chairlifts
Honor Agreements
All transactions are not legally binding though you should show good spirit and honor all agreements you make with the buyer of the stairlift unless! You cannot authenticate the buyers identity
You should also be aware! The ability of buyers to pay for items or whether a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Please do not assume that the offer, sale, purchase, export or import of any item is valid and legal simply because it is listed on the stairlift trader website
Privacy / Security
When users are involved in a transaction, they may obtain access to each other's Name, Email address, and other contact information, postal information and financial information
We cannot guarantee that other users will respect the privacy or security of your information and therefore we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partners before entering into transactions and choosing to share your information with them

If you use our service and software to upload a photograph of the item for sale on our server. You grant the owners operators of Stairlift Trader worldwide copyrights to that image
By uploading a photograph you agree that Stairlift Trader.com has a worldwide licence to use the image on any web sites they own operate. The image can be modified Watermarked / Stamped, Cut, Cropped, and altered in any way shape or form for promotional purposes.
